I am discontinuing my engagement with this content, but I have a few issues to address. The author's ability to develop a cohesive plot seems severely lacking. The writing style evokes memories of my early, poorly executed chapters. Numerous disconnected events occur without clear connections, and even when considering the broader context, the execution falls flat. One could easily skip through sections without losing much by reading just a couple of sentences.

My next concern lies in the strength of the plot. If it's weak, characters should carry the story, but they don't. They lack depth and appear one-dimensional, possessing only a single defining characteristic. Initially, I didn't intend to rate this, but accidentally did so. Now, I'm unsure how to remove the rating...

This work isn't particularly strong; it's innocuous and easily consumable, without any depth. Let me delve into a brief analysis without adhering to a specific format:

    1. The gender-bender theme lacks substance. The protagonist barely deals with his new female body, only mentioning regaining muscle strength and marveling at his enhanced magic. However, the visuals depict him in extravagant, revealing dresses, complete with makeup and nails, which are oddly overlooked. Despite being a tough mercenary and skilled fighter, he doesn't seem bothered by his impractical attire.

    2. As a no-nonsense mercenary, the character frequently engages in drawn-out and meandering monologues, and makes questionable decisions despite being portrayed as intelligent in some instances.

    3. The absurdity intensifies in the first novel's second half when Colette, a supposed military and overall genius, foolishly charges into an enemy base without proper planning or knowledge. This leads to her kidnapping, which seems contrived solely to create a damsel-in-distress scenario for the main character.

The book feels hollow, lacking substance beyond filler content. It's a typical light novel with little substance or cringe-worthy elements, giving it a middling rating of 3/5 stars.
